About
The Carriage House is a stunning converted barn in the beautiful North Yorkshire village of Bilbrough. There are two apartments and two studios in the building with a total of six bathrooms and eight bedrooms. Piper Cottage and Beagle Cottage are cosy, two bedroom, two bathroom properties, with a log burners. Six miles into central York and 10 mins by car from the Designer Outlet village. One mile from The Norman’s and less than five from Woolas Barn.

Cots and highchairs are available on request. Lovely, enclosed village playground. Quiet, peaceful village location.

Some parking available on site, including one disabled parking space. Please reserve in advance. Plenty of on-road parking on quiet roads.
Self check-in
Hassle free lock-box entry. Arrive any time between 3pm and 10pm. Check out 11am. Hosts live nearby so available for assistance.

Do you accept group bookings?
We are happy to welcome groups by prior arrangement. Please contact us before you book so that we can discuss your plans.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3pm and check-out at 11am. We might be able to faciliate different times but please check with us 24 hours before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
For individual apartment bookings, you can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days prior to your stay. For The Carriage House (whole property bookings) the cancellation period is 60 days.
Do you supply breakfast?
We provide a breakfast pack in each property for self service, designed for your first morning's stay. This includes, tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, cereals, butter and jams.
